Conversions - simple,
fast and pleasant
A conversion starts with an idea. A simple, natural process follows to bring this idea to reality through passion and the most advanced design technologies, software, 3D printing and scanning, processing CNC, all available "in-house".
Initial steps:
1. Choice of variant:

No approval
​
The dividing wall and the framing of the N1 freight vehicle are kept.

With approval
​
The partition wall is abandoned and the classification in the passenger car type M1 special - caravan is changed.

With reconfiguration of seats
​
The most complex variant, with M1 approval with the new number of passengers. We use gluing systems (position independent of the side members) and compatible individual seats, with test reports, RAR approved.
2. Preliminary design
At this stage, using the specific requirements of each client and a dedicated software package, indicated for the speed with which we can iterate between ideas, we quickly reach an optimal solution with the desired performance / cost ratio. If the standard modular furniture system is used, there will be no design costs.
3. Weight distribution validation
After placing the equipment inside the Camper, made in pre-design, we make a precise analysis of the weight distribution respecting the requirements of the manufacturer of the location of the center of gravity and thus refining the interior design.

Stage duration from 1 to 3: ~ 2 weeks
Effective conversion
After signing the contract, and paying 50% of its value, the furniture is made and the components that are not in stock are ordered.

If there are no supply problems, we usually receive the ordered parts in ~ 2-4 weeks

Upon request, we can purchase your new or used vehicle and offer our advice and experience through complete overhaul services for carefree holidays.

When the basic components and vans are available, we move on to the execution stage, namely: insulation, paneling, furniture assembly and various body / technical equipment, the stage lasting ~ 4-6 weeks.
homologation
The last step is the homologation and registration. It includes several stages: preparation and submission of file, individual approval followed by ITP, both at RAR headquarters, issuance of new CIV and finally registration.

This process takes ~ 4-8 weeks.
